The Flaine ski area and the extension included in your skipass for the entire Grand Massif area guarantees quality skiing at all levels.
Technical level: improver (all levels except beginners)
You are confident on green and blue runs. You are beginning to control your speed, varying your direction.

Reception from 8am. Breakfast, accommodation, issue of equipment and "Grand Massif" skipass valid from day one of the course.
Free afternoon - our teams will provide all necessary information to set you up for your holiday in the snow: safety advice, weather info, snow conditions, info on the runs.
In the evening, UCPA staff will provide all information on supervised sessions beginning the next day: group allocation, meeting times, highlights of the week.
If you have purchased the "arrival night before" option , please come to the centre between 17.00 and 19.00.
At the end of the final morning without lessons, courses end by 14.00.
Please return your equipment and vacate your room beforehand (we really appreciate the help…).

Coming by car
Take the A40 signposted to Chamonix, exit at junction 19 (Cluses-centre/Flaine) and follow signposts to Flaine.
The centre is located in Flaine Forum down at the bottom of the resort on the left after the heating station. Paid parking P2.
We advise you to put on your snow chains.
Coming by train
Travel to the train station at Cluses located 30km from the UCPA centre.
Take the ALPBUS bus. Information: 04 50 03 70 09.
Single fare around 12 Euros. Journey tine: 1 hour 15 mins.
You will be asked for a deposit of 100 Euros (cheque or cash) when you arrive. It will be returned at the end of your stay, subject to damage to equipment and/or premises.
23 hours of supervision from day 2 to day 6 (1 or 2 sessions per day).
Group for the week decided on the basis of your technical level and expectations.
Equipment provided for course activity.
Day type : 1 session in the morning + 1 in the afternoon or 1 full-day excursion.

Experience unique moments
For snowsports: 1 anorak, 1 pair of ski pants or 1 pair of salopettes, 1 or 2 jumpers or fleeces, 1 thermal vest, 1 good pair of gloves or mittens, 1 ski hat, 1 pair of U.V filter sunglasses, 1 pair of ski goggles, 1 high factor suncream, 1 lip balm.
Please bring a padlock to lock your cupboard or secure your equipment (available on loan for a deposit of 5 Euros), a drinks bottle and a small rucksack for meals on the slopes. Please bring a towel (sheets provided by UCPA).
